At 67 years old, Janet Murray of Quincy, Michigan, was taken from this world far too soon following a heartbreaking two-vehicle collision on Jonesville Road in Branch County. In the quiet hours of early Friday morning, a journey that began like any other suddenly became a moment of unimaginable sorrow, leaving behind a silence that words can never truly fill. Janet was pronounced deceased at the scene after the crash near Ridge Road.
According to the Branch County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded at approximately 5:13 a.m. after Janet’s vehicle collided head-on with an eastbound vehicle driven by 51-year-old Travis Morrow of Coldwater. Morrow was transported to Insight Health with minor injuries.
For those who knew Janet, her passing is more than a tragic headline—it is the loss of a cherished life, a familiar presence, and a person whose memory will continue to live within the hearts of those who loved her. Some goodbyes arrive without warning, leaving behind precious memories that become treasures we hold onto forever.
