A Life Remembered, A Heart Forever Missed.
With profound sadness, we remember Delmar Suret-Gomez, 26, of Guatemala, whose life was tragically taken following a dirt-bike crash Sunday evening at the James Valley Cycle Club near Mitchell, South Dakota.
Delmar was riding a Honda CRF 250 when his bike went off the track and struck a tree. He was wearing a helmet and chest protector at the time of the crash. After the devastating incident, he was transported from the cycle club and met by a Mitchell ambulance before being taken to the hospital. Despite every effort, Delmar succumbed to his injuries.
His passing leaves behind a silence that words can never fully describe. At just 26 years old, there were still dreams waiting to unfold, memories yet to be made, and countless moments that should have been part of his future. Instead, those who knew and loved him are left holding precious memories of a life that ended far too soon.
Delmar’s family now faces the heartbreaking task of bringing him home to Guatemala and making final arrangements while navigating the overwhelming weight of grief and unexpected expenses.
May Delmar’s memory remain a light in the darkness, and may the love he shared continue to live within the hearts of everyone who knew him.
Rest peacefully, Delmar. Your journey on earth may have ended, but your memory will never fade. 🕊️🕯️
In Loving Memory. Forever remembered. Forever missed.
